Understanding the Basics

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in coaching sessions. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book the sessions on your behalf and take full responsibility for your participation.​

Bookings & Payments

• Sessions must be booked in advance through our website or scheduling platform.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Refunds and rescheduling are allowed only in accordance with our stated policies or at our discretion.

Termination

Either party may suspend or end the coaching relationship at any time. If this happens, any unused pre-paid sessions will be addressed in accordance with our refund or cancellation policy.
