Ins and Outs of the Month
The second prompt is Ins and Outs of the Month. It's a great exercise to see what you want to incorporate to your life and what you want to remove or do less of. By taking the time to reflect about what you “accept” and what you don’t accept anymore, you can be more intentional with your actions and more mindful about how you take on your daily activities. It's a great prompt to start with if you want to get into a new routine or simply form better habits.
